Patricia, the managing partner of Penrose & Associates, is a Certified Public Accountant, certified in the State of New York, with over twenty (20) years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and other financial services. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Patricia holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University. Patricia began her career at the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen in New York and subsequently moved to JP Morgan Chase where she worked as a Senior Audit Analyst. In addition, she was the Assistant to the Controller at Sumitomo Trust Bank and a VP of Accounting Policies at Calyon Investment Bank. Patricia also taught accounting at the undergraduate level at Monroe College in New York.

Jay Hill
Associates and comes with over 30 years of accounting, tax, and finance experience. He graduated from Hunter College in NYC with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and subsequently attended Columbia University earning a Certificate in Database Application Development and Design. Mr. Hill started his accounting career working for the Legal Aid Society in New York City as an auditor and moved on to work for the CPA firm of Johnson & Guthman. He also worked for the brokerage security firm of Liberty Government Securities Group on Wall Street. Thereafter, he worked for various firms including a university in Bergen County, New Jersey as well as the money transmitting company of Servicio UniTeller, Inc. While at Servicio as an Assistant Controller, he took up a project on his own to import cash receipts transactions in the accounting system thereby reducing inputting time significantly! Since then he has developed a technique, using primarily MS Excel, to make the accounting process more efficient.
