Patricia Penrose is a consummate professional, and that professionalism permeats the entire organization. I utilized their tax preparation services for the first time this year, and will definitely be working with them again next year. Pricing was reasonable.

The team members were professionally friendly, extremely helpful, service was impeccable and responses were timely. When I requested a minor adjustment to my files while I was out of town, the team member responded promptly and rectified the information immediately, and I did not experience any gaps in services.

Congratulations for excellent service. I will definitely be back next year.

I had always done my own taxes until 10 years ago when I received a tax bill from my state for $13,000! This was clearly a mistake but I didn't want to deal with them myself so I went to Penrose & Associates for help. Ms Penrose contacted the state for me and the error was resolved quickly. Since then I have been a client each year and I have always received excellent service from Penrose and Associates. I highly recommend Ms Penrose and her team!

Staff is very professional. I took 4 years of Returns and they were completed on time. I had an appointment to pick them up. Ms. Penrose discussed each years Return with me and answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. One of the Returns, she called the IRS to straighten out a matter. I highly recommend Penrose & Associates.
